Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and SimbolSlot ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). They govern all access to and use of the SimbolSlot website located at simbolslot.cam, including all games, sports betting markets, live casino products, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support functions made available through the Platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or placing any wager on SimbolSlot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference — specifically our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the individual, password-protected profile created by a User upon successful registration on the SimbolSlot Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by the Operator, which are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money Deposits.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money by a User into their SimbolSlot Account via any approved payment method.

• "Sports Betting" means wagering on the outcome of sporting events including but not limited to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, NBA, and UFC.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of real-money funds from a User's Account to their registered payment method.

Access to SimbolSlot is restricted. To register and maintain an active Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. SimbolSlot operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to the Malaysian market. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of SimbolSlot, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently suspended from the SimbolSlot Platform.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence or domicile. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• All personal information submitted during registration is truthful, accurate, and current.

Only one Account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method. The Operator reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to redistribute or void any balances associated with those accounts at its reasonable discretion.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify SimbolSlot's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Not permit any other person to access or use your Account, including for the purpose of placing wagers on your behalf.

SimbolSlot will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first Withdrawal, and at any other time as may be deemed necessary by the Operator, you will be required to complete KYC verification. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other documentation as specified by the support team. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal capabilities suspended until the process is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits

SimbolSlot accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC / USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the deposit section of your Account and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any Withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full prior to withdrawal of those funds. Real-money deposits not subject to a bonus can typically be withdrawn at any time subject to verification.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any Withdrawal at its discretion.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account.

SimbolSlot targets a withdrawal processing time of under ten (10) minutes for verified accounts during standard operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional security checks are required.

SimbolSlot offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are only available to players who have fully completed the registration process and meet the stated eligibility criteria for that particular promotion.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and carry a Wagering Requirement. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is specified in the promotion's individual terms and displayed at the point of claim.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the time period specified for the promotion. Uncompleted wagering will result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
• Different game types may contribute differently to Wagering Requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino products may contribute at a lower rate. Game-specific contributions are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• SimbolSlot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes will not adversely affect the terms of a bonus that has already been credited and is actively being wagered.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including by opening multiple accounts, using coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in Account suspension.

Players who are subject to self-exclusion or who have requested account limitations under our Responsible Gambling tools are not eligible to receive or wager bonus funds during the applicable restriction period.

All wagers placed on SimbolSlot — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, or instant games — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Technical errors or connectivity issues on the Player's end do not constitute grounds for cancellation of a settled bet.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or game outcomes (including human error, technical malfunction, or data feed errors), SimbolSlot reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount.
• For Sports Betting, the rules applicable to each sport and market type are as published in the sports betting section of the Platform. In the case of abandoned or postponed fixtures, settlement will follow the rules displayed in the relevant market.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion. The Operator reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per player. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting sections of the Platform and may vary by market and sport.
• Winnings from all Games, including progressive jackpot games, are credited to your Account Balance and are available for withdrawal subject to the conditions set out in Section 5.

Game outcomes for all casino titles on the SimbolSlot Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, for live dealer games, by the physical dealing of cards and spinning of wheels conducted by trained croupiers. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are calculated over millions of rounds and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SimbolSlot Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — whether in games or the Platform generally — to derive financial benefit. Any such exploitation must be reported to the support team immediately rather than utilised.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent the security or technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the SimbolSlot Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software interfaces, page layouts, and code — is the property of SimbolSlot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Platform without the Operator's express written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Platform's content or code.
• Use SimbolSlot branding, trade names, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SimbolSlot, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from sharing your Account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if SimbolSlot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this clause limits our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Whilst we make reasonable efforts to ensure availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.

Closure by the Player

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw any eligible real-money balance. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Suspension or Closure by SimbolSlot

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose the Operator to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You have provided false information during the registration or KYC process.

In cases of Account suspension for breach of these Terms, any Balance at the time of suspension may be withheld pending investigation. SimbolSlot will endeavour to communicate the reason for any suspension where legally permissible.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the SimbolSlot Platform, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. Where an informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

SimbolSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Where practicable, we will provide notice of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the SimbolSlot Platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 11.
